Requirements: BS degree in engineering, business administration, information technology or related field or foreign academic equivalent. 5 years related experience.

Required skills: build relational databases using SQL, SQL Server database, Oracle database (3 years); conduct sourcing bid projects using RFI, RFQ, RFP, e-auctions (1 year); manage cross-functional projects in areas of Sourcing, Supply Chain, & IT using Microsoft Project, Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint (3 years); conduct financial analysis using Cost Benefit, IRR, NPV (1 year).
