Education/Expertise: High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Credentials, Licensure or Certification (i.e. RN, RRT):
Certification as a phlebotomist preferred.
Experience & Knowledge: Experience in a clinical laboratory setting. Experience may be substituted for formal training. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, telephone skills, and demonstrate a caring and professional attitude. Medical Terminology
Special Skills & Equipment Knowledge: Computer data entry, laboratory processes including sterile technique, aliquoting and phlebotomy experience preferred
Shift: PRN as needed on 2nd and 3rd shift.
