Copper Creek Cottages is a 30 unit facility that includes cottages style home-front apartments for memory recognition, plus daily activities to keep our residents active and engaged.  Copper Creek provides specialized memory care in a secure, nurturing environment that fosters independence for as long as possible.

Monday - Thursday, 12-Hr. Shifts and every other Weekend. On shift meals are provided!

Responsibilities:

- Provide Activities of daily living assistance to residents as needed.

- Medication Administration and Management when required.

- Assist in additional nursing services and tasks at request of management to ensure the facility is safe and efficient.

- Communicate with doctors/pharmacy for order changes

- Oversee floor staff

- Assist with training CNA/RA staff as needed

Qualifications:

• RN or LPN licensed to practice by state regulations
• Experience in leading a team & direct patient care
• CPR certified and knowledge of First Aid
