Part-time Data Entry (on-site)

Location: On-site in Kalamazoo, MI
Time Commitment: Mon-Fri, 8:30a-1:00p, 22.5 hours/week

As a part-time Data Entry Technician at FFL, you will:

– attend to detail when reviewing personal data forms.
– accurately enter personal data and other necessary comments within a set timeline.
– analyze and use best judgment to process missing and illegible information.
– clearly communicate with team members regarding special customer instructions to ensure a quality process and customer satisfaction.
– collaborate with the team on document management.
– utilize quality control report to double-check samples ensuring information is correct.

Part-time Accountant (on-site)

Location: On-site in Kalamazoo, MI
Time Commitment: Mon-Fri, 20-25 hours/week

– You have earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and have a minimum of two (2) years accounting experience; some Cost Analysis is preferred.

– You have proven success in Billing, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable.

– You have hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports and are familiar with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.

– You are proficient in QuickBooks, required, and Fishbowl, highly preferred.

What valuable experience and skills will you bring to the table?
– You have earned a bachelor’s degree in clinical allied health, health administration, or related medical field required; pharmacology or toxicology degree is preferred.
– You have two (2) to four (4) years of proven customer support and/or sales success in a clinical healthcare, medical practice, or related environment.
– You have a record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
– You possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, proactive problem solving, successful planning and prioritizing of projects and tasks, and accuracy in proofreading communications and materials.
