Federally-designated as a Critical Access Hospital, UH Geneva Medical Center has grown to serve communities in a 20+ mile radius. UH Geneva Medical Center provides emergency medical care, in-patient hospital services, and outpatient testing and services.

This lab is a generalist community hospital lab in which the hired individual would work all benches as needed.

Duties:

• Performs high and moderate complexity testing at a basic level.
• Testing for chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation and stat blood bank is the majority of this work

• Education:  Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in biological, chemical science.  Must meet course attendance to meet CLIA guidelines.
• MLT/MT program graduate preferred
• Certification:  ASCP required after 1 year of hire
