Position Opening Serviont Global Solutions Inc. Director-Business Development Full-time professional position headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey with travel/relocation to unanticipated project sites within the US.

Proposed

Duties:
Lead the marketing/sales teams in Serviont product and services positioning, validating customer's IT requirements, performing technical service/product demonstrations, and winning the confidence of prospective clients.
Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers.
Establish new service accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and organizing sales call schedule.
Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents while consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
Coordinate with offshore sales and delivery teams and clients to identify priorities and update scope and delivery schedules.
Research and understand customer needs and define the overall technical and business solutions.
Draft project proposals by analyzing each unique customer need subject to RFP request.
Deliver technical presentations to targeted clients and develop customer demonstrations.
Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operation improvements.
Provide support monitoring to ensure the Deliverables are finalized; manage the pre-sales and project management consulting, and collaborate with sales, senior project managers and development teams through the development timeline to ensure project requirements are clearly defined, met and understood.
Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; provide information and commentary pertinent to deliberations, and recommend options and courses of action.
Participate in new business development activities through direct marketing and sales for the company's technical services.
Lead sales and client-relationship management including tracking new markets and emerging trends; recommend new products and services, propose and develop new strategic partnerships, and guide long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements.
Use customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, such as Salesforce and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and portals, to accomplish account planning, review, estimation, opportunity updates and homegrown project management.
Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings and prospect needs, and generate product/service development ideas.
Develop marketing campaigns for new Serviont products and services, including assisting with formulating a specific budget and expenditure plan for each campaign.
Participate in tradeshows, conferences and other events as needed.
Design and develop post-sales service strategies and policies, and assist with their overall implementation.
Establish and sustain relationships with partnered Vendor Management Systems (VMS) & portals to understand the needs of clients and fulfill requirements in a timely manner.
Secure purchase orders and/or statements of work from clients and provide copies of the same to Employer; ensure that client Purchase Orders (PO) are received by Employer before the first projected start or invoice date.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and conferences, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.
Position Headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, with travel and relocation to unanticipated project sites in the U.S. expected.
Education and experience requirements: Bachelor's degree in an Electronics Engineering field, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or a related sales engineer or business development director position.
Specific technical requirements: 3 years of experience with marketing and selling technological products and services, employing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
