Position Summary Lytx is seeking a Quality Analyst I to execute critical, transformational supply chain initiatives aimed at improving installation quality across Lytx’s customer base. In this role, the Supplier Management Specialist will source, qualify, and improve processes at installation service providers through regular metrics review and closed loop corrective action. S/he will work hands on, understanding installation process in detail to find opportunities for improvement, and conduct analysis to support process improvement. Key Responsibilities • Partner with the Manager, Installation Quality to develop key metrics to help manage for results. • Pull and manipulate data to provide insights required for continuous process improvement. • Analyzes data to provide recommendations to resolve problems. • Host and drive weekly supplier metrics and performance reviews. • Maintain log of corrective actions required across the installation supplier network. • Serve on cross-functional initiative teams aimed at increasing quality, capacity, and reducing costs and provide recommendations to address issues. • Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years experience with process and/or supplier management with a particular emphasis on hands-on measurement and improvement. • Minimum of 1 year experience with cross functional supply chain project management experience. • Supply chain and operations experience a plus. • Strong analytical and communications skills. Able to communicate effectively with internal and external clients. • Passionate about process improvement. • Focused, results-driven, and has a penchant for effectiveness • Team oriented and proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers.
