Southwest Publishing and Mailing is looking for an energetic Human Resource Manager.

Primary responsibility for this position includes recruiting new talent to our production teams and creating an exceptional on-boarding program. Other duties include human resource generalist duties that include workers' compensation, benefits and other duties as assigned. The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. The ideal candidate will have related experience in recruitment and OSHA with preference given to experience in the manufacturing industry.
