State-certified instructors and training personnel with a broad range of backgrounds lead classes to better prepare our security officers.

We offer instruction in defensive hand-to-hand tactics, grappling techniques and martial arts in our dojo.

Under the oversite of our Medical Director, we provide advanced medical classes and medical scenario training.

Personnel regularly train and qualify with firearms at our indoor firing range.

All state license training and continuing education is conducted in-house.

Must have a minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent

Must hold a valid driver's license

Must pass a comprehensive interview process, including background check, psychological and physical examinations

Must successfully pass an academically and physically challenging training academy

Must qualify for security officer commissioning as dictated by the Texas Department of Public Safety, Private Security Bureau

Must be able to work 24/7 shifts as required

Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays

Must be available to travel on short notice

One year customer service experience is preferred

Prior experience in the security industry is helpful but not required

Upon successful completion of the training academy, candidates will be licensed (and armed) as a Commissioned and Personal Protection Officer
