If you are a talented and experienced Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Specialist seeking a new remote role, we want to hear from you. We are a collaborative company recruiting for a Senior Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist, and the role comes with a generous salary and benefits package.

 

In this Senior Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist role, you will partner with business and HR leaders in developing, communicating, action planning, execution, and tracking of DEI strategy and goals.

 

In your first week in this Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist role, you can expect to:

 

  • Be responsible for researching, developing, recommending, and implementing creative strategies to foster the company’s goals of diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Manage our clients DEI efforts to ensure alignment and effective collaboration with both internal and external partners
  • Consult and guide department-level DEI initiatives, in conjunction with HR Leadership and HR Business Partners
  • Monitor and communicate all DEI reporting data via dashboard
  • Be responsible for DEI strategy planning on short- and long-term plans

 

What you will need

To succeed in this flexible role, you should have at least five years of DEI experience implementing DEI programs together with proven project management capabilities and excellent organization skills. You will also need:

  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with C-Suite communications
  • Experience in data analysis, report creation, metrics and trend analysis

  • Diversity certification. If a candidate does not have a certification, EIS will sponsor.
