Full Time Maintenance Supervisor

Orchard Knob Apartments is currently seeking experienced maintenance supervisor for 44 units in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Successful candidate MUST possess strong supervisory and leadership skills. Applicant must possess at least four to five years in apartment & building maintenance, HVAC experience and CFC Certifications preferred. Applicants are responsible for the physical property repairs and maintenance staff. Some computer experience needed. Background and drug testing are required and must be bondable.
