Responsible for leading the implementation and support of data integrations between the ERP, CRM, HCM, Leasing, Web, postage funding, shipping and other environments. Design and develop the implementation of webMethods integrations that meet the needs of documented requirements and that adhere to department standards. Define the application architecture for the integration of systems using Software AG webMethods and work with the development infrastructure teams to ensure a successful implementation. Coordinate the configuration and implementation of new interfaces and define on-going support processes for these interfaces/services. Establish, implement and improve development standards, guidelines and services or utilities for common use. Work regularly with Engineers of other systems (CRM, ERP, HCM, etc.) to ensure that the integrations function well, and to diagnose and troubleshoot when they do not. Fine-tune the web Methods application/infrastructure for optimum performance and capacity planning to ensure efficient use of system resources. Provide production support by troubleshooting the daily issues and provide cross training to peers in areas of expertise. 100% telecommuting permitted.
