Police Officer Civil Service Examination Shaler Township Starting Salary: $68,626 Top Patrol Officer Salary in 2026: $105,975  

DEADLINE FOR ACCEPTANCE: Friday March 31, 2023, by 3:00 PM.  

A Physical Agility Test will be held on Monday, April 3, 2023 at 9:00 AM at the Shaler Area Titan Stadium located at 1800 Mt. Royal Boulevard, Glenshaw, PA 15116. The Written Examination will follow immediately after and only for the applicants that successfully pass the Physical Agility Test. Other mandatory components of the testing process are an oral examination, a background check, a medical examination, a psychological examination, and a polygraph examination. The Shaler Township Civil Service Rules and Regulations are available to view at the Township Building 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
