IT Technician FT/YR Opportunity for junior level IT professional. Must have experience in Windows, Mac OS X, desktop applications, and a desire to learn. MCSE preferable.

IT Technician responsibilities:

Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software

Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel

Setting up hardware and installing and configure software and drivers

Maintaining and repairing technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices

Installing well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components (servers, IPs etc.)

Verify functionality of hardware and software components

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone

Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions

Conduct daily network backup operations
