Level 3 Certified Ski/Snowboard Instructor 22 Positions.

Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort (Twin Bridges, CA) has the following temporary, full-time position available 11/28/19 to 4/19/20. Teach group and private lessons in both children and adult programs. Assist in registration, equipment, surface lifts, training of non-certified and lower level instructors, coordination of lessons and other duties as assigned. This is being filed in support of an H-2B application.

Requires: PSIA Level 3 cert or international equivalent + 4 seasons (16 months) teaching experience. Teaching wage $23.99/hour including incentives. Overtime paid at 1.5 times pay rate when available. Paid bi-weekly, Saturday-Friday, with only required deductions taken. 8 am-4:30 pm Transport costs (including meals and, if necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be reimbursed if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transport will be reimbursed if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period, or each 6-week period, if the period of employment covered by the job order is less than 120 days, unless the certified period of employment is shortened due to unforeseeable circumstances outside the employer's control.
