The Director of Game Presentation and Fan Experience directs all aspects of in-game entertainment and fan experience for ticketed sports, with a primary focus on football and men’s basketball.

This position serves as the gameday producer responsible for the management and direction of all in-game elements and promotions, fulfill corporate partner agreements, and oversee gameday staff, including videoboards operators, DJ, Emcee, spirit squads, gameday staff, and more based upon event. Outside of these responsibilities, this position assists with the game presentation of women's basketball, volleyball, and baseball as needed, among other non-ticketed sports.

The Director directs and orchestrates the game presentation and enhancing the overall fan experience at Tulane athletic events to increase audience engagement through creativity and innovation. The position engages and entertains our audience by producing exciting, unique, and memorable experiences, with a goal of creating emotional connection between the fans, the teams, and the student-athletes.

The Director books anthem singers and halftime entertainment. This position works across departments for recognitions, which include but are not limited to Hall of Fame, Letterwinners and Senior Days. This position increases attendance and drives revenue at games through collaboration with the entire external team.

The Director supervises and manages two graduate assistants, and a team of student workers to ensure that all efforts result in increased attendance, a better fan experience, and more engagement at athletic contests and an enhanced atmosphere for our fans.
