Sales & Marketing/Customer Service Administrator
Design and manufacturing company in northwest Twin Cities metro area is seeking a Sales & Marketing/Customer Service Administrator to provide sales and marketing support to the President and the Field Sales Team. This position includes first point of customer contact support and has a dual reporting role to the President and Site Manager.
Marketing Administrator Duties: Responsibilities include participating role with our MarComm resource to plan and execute our marketing strategy; mass marketing campaigns using fax, email, merge documents; maintenance of all marketing material inventory; creating marketing history tools for future use; and enforcement of company’s standards for look and feel of all official company documentation.
Field Sales Team Support and Analysis Duties: Responsible for preparation of sales-related reports as needed; routing leads to appropriate inside or outside sales people; maintenance of sales expense reports & budget; handling of all aspects of trade show management and logistics; maintenance of all sales department documents; first point of contact with visiting customers, vendors and visitors to site.
Inside Customer Service Support Duties: Responsibilities include answering and forwarding incoming phone calls to appropriate support person; backup support for inside sales; handling all aspects of RGA transactions for customers from first call to final repair order entry.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or five years of related experience with Marketing and Inside Sales.
