Sales Manager (Alpine, UT): Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing our Sales Team; Recruit, train and coach, manage, set objectives and incentives, and discipline or promote Sales Team; Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and ensure our strong presence in the market; Design and direct digital marketing campaigns to promote and sell new product lines; Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team; and Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
