We are a fast paced medical office / outpatient surgical facility / medical spa looking for a self-starter.

We are looking for a strong, well rounded, well spoken, friendly, detailed oriented and efficient applicant. A great candidate for our office must be able to work well as a member of our team, both independently and under direct supervision. This position will require both patient centered and back office duties. All applicants must be capable to perform front office duties with great phone skills and communication.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Using proper phone etiquette to help with phone management; charting, rooming patients, stocking rooms, taking photographs, blood pressure, injections, weight, sterilize instruments. Must have experience in one or more of the following: medspa and/or plastic/cosmetic/dermatology office (preferred), hospitality, retail, or customer service setting. O.R. experience is preferred.

Must possess the ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously. Immediate opening; preferred applicants are bilingual and have excellent professional references, and clean record. Competitive benefits and pay.
