Job Description

The HVAC Technician is responsible for the maintenance, trouble-shooting and installation of all HVAC equipment including: chillers, ductwork, air handlers, refrigerators, thermostats, air conditioners, piping, controls and sensors.

Generally Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm

Qualifications

Refrigerant certification. Three years HVAC experience in classroom and / or field. Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and Mechanical and Electrical Systems. Ability to communicate in a pleasant, positive and effective manner with staff, customers, visitors and all levels of Hospital management. Basic building automation computer skills. High School Diploma or GED. Ability to perform characteristic duties including working in seasonally difficult weather extremes.
