Tip Products Inc. is looking for a full time Production Manager.

This position is first shift and includes benefits after 90 days.

Responsibilities would include assisting with the following:

• Managing production flow and set up of jobs.
• Overall coordination of production, secondary operations, and shipping.
• Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies.
• Training new employees.
• Routine maintenance on machinery.
• Ensuring safety, delivery, and quality.
• Improving shop utilization and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Manufacturing Experience
• Management Experience (at least two years)
• Ability to train employees
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Electrical background and lean manufacturing experience is helpful.
