Position reqs a Bach deg (US or foreign equiv) in Journalism, Communications, or rel field. Will accept a single deg or combination of degs that are equiv to a Bach deg. The position also reqs 10 yrs of exp in the job offered or in a rel role focusing on the oil, gas, power or metals mkts. Must have 10 yrs of exp w/: identifying emerging & established supply/demand, production, merger & acquisition trends w/in the Oil, Gas, Coal, Metals & Power mks; using internal content creation software; dvlpng internal processes to create content that populates real time newswires & newsletters; analyzing subscriber usage data & metrics to develop, set strategy & translate ideas into targets & commodity coverage action plans; mng & directing news staff; providing insight & strategy to sr leadership regarding commodity coverage plans; & giving presentations at industry conferences. Travel reqd 40% of the time.
