| Job Summary: | Under the general direction of the Transplant Nurse Manager, this position will assist with the growth, evaluation and sustainability of Upstate's Transplant Program. This person is responsible for the planning and execution of a wide variety of initiatives to promote the program with referring providers, patients and other key stakeholders. This position will establish relationships with physicians and other clinical staff in the region, plan and implement transplant patient education programming and provide other support to Upstate's Transplant Program as needed. |

| Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or other related field and a minimum of two years related experience required. Valid NYS driver's license required. |
