General Description
Assume the responsibilities for instructional team of the Workplace Readiness training program. Reports to the Director. Off-campus work within Union County may be required. Course content includes (not responsible for all topic areas):

• Interpersonal Skills
• Communications
• Workplace Readiness
• Teamwork
• Customer Service
• Problem Solving
• Critical Thinking
• Time Management
• Computer Basics Training (Intro to Google docs, MS Office suite)
• Online Resources to prepare for a Job 
• Job Search, Resume Writing, and Interview Insights 

Not required to teach all content as multiple instructors collaborate in program.
Characteristics, Duties, and Responsibilities
• Responsible for classroom instruction.
• Maintain daily attendance.
• Ability to teach remote-live if required
• Other related duties.
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required or an equivalent combination of education, industry certification and/or experience to demonstrate core competencies.
• 3 – 5 years relevant instructional experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
• This position’s duties are normally performed in a typical interior/residence work environment, based on the activity scheduled.
• Some physical effort required; however, the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
• Some travel required.
