• Enters and approves requisitions to meet KanBan goals for raw materials and components.
• Enters and approves requisitions to meet office and administrative and MRO needs.
• Places purchase orders for vendors.
• Arranges maintenance of office equipment.
• Expedites past due purchase orders.
• Assists Materials/Purchasing Manager.
• Maintains control of petty cash.
• Assists with receiving functions to guarantee accuracy of material receipts.
• Oversees data entry of receipts against purchase orders in Verticient.
• Oversees maintenance of manual file of packing list paperwork.
• Arranges materials returns to vendors.
• Oversees repair orders in Verticent Distribution Center.
• Issues debits for materials returned and invoice adjustments.
• Assists Shipping Manager with processing shop orders in Verticient.
• Assists Accounting with resolutions of problem invoices.
• Faxes, files and performs other clerical type duties.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
