The Program Coordinator for the Community Pathways to Inequities in Birth Outcomes research project will be responsible for developing data collection tools and coordinating data collection in the study target areas. They will work with the project team on engaging with community partners and conducting community conversations for the purposes of developing a qualitative data collection protocol and manual of procedures (MOP). This person will coordinate participant recruitment efforts and oversee the implementation of the MOP, serving as the supervising data assessor. The position will consult with the Center Associate Director, study Principal Investigator and other co-Investigators on evaluation constructs and project timelines and assist project leads and community partners in dissemination of information to key stakeholders.
