Public Works Director/Superintendent - Town Of Sandisfield

The Town of Sandisfield, MA is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Public Works Director / Superintendent. This position entails proactive responsibility for the entire Public Works/Highway Department administrative operations and its crew, and is also a hands-on, working director's position that requires working alongside the crew on many projects and during all winter road plowing events. The ability to operate all vehicles and machinery common to a full-service municipal public works operation, to interact professionally and effectively with the public and 24/7 availability are some of the other essentials. A clean driving record and possession of at least a Class B license and the ability to pass all required drug tests and physicals are musts. Position will remain open until filled, with review of applicants to being immediately.
