Director of Facilities

We are seeking a full-time Director of Facilities to join our team in the Fargo, ND Corporate office. You will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of all office facilities and equipment across 40+ locations to ensure they are functionally operating and meeting our marketing needs. If you are a team player that has the ability to lead people, projects, initiate change and motivate others; have a Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, architecture, safety, or related field; have seven or more years of progressively responsible management experience in a facilities management or related position required, and have excellent verbal and written communication, apply today and GROW your career with AgCountry!
