Delivery, Warehouse & Service Driver/Associate

Position Overview: The Delivery, Warehouse Shipping & Service Driver/Associate will work closely with the Warehouse/Logistics Manager to deliver products to customers, load deliveries, pull orders and putting away stock, as well as install services, positional backup and helping to insure warehouse organization and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Hours between 7:30 AM and 5PM usually, with willingness to work overtime with some early mornings and late days as needed 
• Collect and verify delivery instructions
• Transport customers orders to their facilities in a timely manner, as scheduled by supervisor, and return delivery tickets
• Transport stocking products from manufacturing plants or distribution centers back to our warehouse 
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions 
• Report defects, accidents or violations 
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, and parking) as well as with company policies and procedures 
• Insure that company vehicles are in good order (regular oil changes, weekly washes, accident reports) 
• Interacting courteously with the customer 

• Pulling & Putting Away Stock 
  • Assist in putting up stock within 24 business hours 
  • Assist in pulling walk-in customer orders first (limited number) and check off items with customer 
  • Make sure customer orders are double checked by another employee

• Install Services o Working with other team members on and/or leading customer dispenser installs 

• Positional Backup o Assist service department with machine pickups (as needed) 
  • Assist with customer product pickups (as needed) 
  • Serve as backup and emergency need for warehouse lead in pulling and putting away stock(as needed) 

• Help manage inventory of supplies, tools, paperwork 

• Insure Warehouse Organization and Cleanliness 
  • Inventory in correct locations 
  • Bin locations updated as needed 
  • Neat and tidy bins 

• At various times, individuals will be asked to perform special task not listed in these guidelines.
