We provide an integral and exclusive solution for diversified real estate investment portfolios, across different geographic markets, investment strategies and asset types.
Midtown Capital was founded in 2010 in Miami, Florida, during the 2008 financial crisis. By leveraging the founders experience in the real estate industry and private banking, Alexander Saieh and Alejandro Velez identified the need to structure tailor-made real estate portfolios with an innovative investment process based on transparency.
For over a decade, Midtown Capital has created a culture motivated by integrity and rooted in teamwork and accountability. For our investors, Midtown Capital has forged long-term relationships based on trust, credibility and respect with hundreds of business partners and vendors, financial institutions, tenants, and government authorities across two countries.
As the most important real estate investment market in the world, Midtown U.S. portfolio concentrates on a limited number of high barrier to entry, growth markets, such as Florida, Texas, Colorado, Utah, and Georgia. Decades of data analytics supports these markets to be among the most attractive, offering investors the strongest demographic trends, legal, tax, and macroeconomic stability.
Since 2017 our operation in Spain has focused on managing Value Add and Opportunistic investment portfolios, taking advantage of local market conditions whilst providing investment returns in a foreign currency to our investors.
Founding Partners
With decades of investment experience, the Founding Partners have watched the commercial real estate industry evolve from a local business to one of the largest asset classes in investment management. When they set out to build a new investment firm after the 2008 downturn, they were able to take their knowledge of real estate cycles, hands-on investor approach and entrepreneurial spirit to create a focused investment process dedicated to a variety of investors such as Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, Single and Multifamily Offices and Business Owners.
Jointly, Alexander and Alejandro have completed over $1.5B in transactions, demonstrating ample experience in identifying, acquiring, structuring and implementing Real Estate investment solutions for high net worth investors.
