Starting Wages $10.05, $11.55 per hour 

Partners In Opportunities, Inc. is an agency that aids and supports individuals with developmental disabilities in their residential homes. Hiring in Columbia City, Warsaw, Elkhart, Goshen, South Bend, Mishawaka and Michigan City areas for the following positions: 

• Direct Support Professionals (all areas) part time and full time, to assist our individuals in their activities of daily living. No experience needed-will train. Part time and full time. Starting wage $10.05 or 10.55 per hour. 

• Home Guidance Manager (Elkhart, South Bend, and Mishawaka), full time positions, to manage the daily living operations of our individuals. Must possess the ability to be organized, multi-task, time management skills, budgeting/money management skills and flexibility. Experience preferred. Starting wage $11.55 per hour.
