Clinical Pharmacist
In this key role, provide cost effective pharmaceutical care via member and physician education, research, drug utilization analysis. Work with physicians, staff, and pharmaceutical companies to
influence effective use of drug therapies and directly contribute to our goal of improving the lives of our Members and the health of our communities. Requires knowledge of pharmacotherapy, disease state management and current licensure to practice in Colorado.
RN Home Health - Part Time
Provide quality health care services to clients in their home. Work in collaboration with patients, our clinical management team, and other RNs to provide health care services that reflect the home health care agency philosophy and standards of care. Wound/ geriatric care experience preferred. 2-3 day shifts per week
availability. Requires a 2-year degree in nursing, related field or the equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities to effectively
perform the essential functions of the job. Requires an unrestricted Colorado RN license.
