Highly recognized manufacturer of quality OCTG inspection equipment with systems operating in over 50 countries worldwide and headquartered in Mansfield, Texas is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manages and coordinates small staff engaged in design and development of new equipment and upgrades.

Applies engineering principles to design, modify or develop testing, equipment, machines and processes.

Plans and establishes engineering schedules to achieve timely completion of projects.

Contributes to creation and ensures accuracy of drawings and adherence to established organizational standards and objectives.

Use of computer-assisted engineering software and equipment.

Requirements include but are not limited to:

BSME or MSME preferred with minimum of 5 years practical experience.

Or, 7 plus years of practical experience manufacturing equipment (oil and gas industry knowledge a plus).

Expertise dealing with hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic power systems preferred.

Basic electronic and electrical knowledge is a definite plus.

Heavy steel fabrications background.

Hands-on involvement with production process and project budgeting.

Proficient in SolidWorks 2D and 3D, CAD/CAM and basic computer systems highly desired.

Works well with others and supports the team concept.
