Group Ophthalmology Practice seeking Clinical Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Duties will include:

• Controlling the clinical flow Developing and tracking metrics Instituting cost savings

• Developing technical staff Scheduling Inventory management Supervising technical staff & clinical leads

• Participating in the day to day management & direction of the practice.

Education, Skills and Experience Required:

• Certified Ophthalmic Technician or Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologist (Preferred, but not required) 3-5 years experience in a clinical setting.

• Previous management experiences a plus.

Surgical Scheduler

Duties will include:

• Providing patient education

• Completing orders, confirming surgeries, etc.

Skills and Experience Required:

Customer Relations:

• Minimum 2 year, Bilingual a plus but not required
