Knowledgeable Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA Candidate  is needed to fill a permanent position with a small CPA firm in Washington, North Carolina. Our firm has a wide-range of individual, small business and nonprofit clients in a variety of fields.

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Preparation of complex individual, small business, and nonprofit tax returns

• Preparation of year-end and transactional income tax plans Research of complex tax issues and development of solutions

• Analysis and adjustment of clients financial records

Position Requires:

• Minimum of 1-year public accounting experience.

• Experience should include preparation of individual and business tax returns.

• Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, organizational and written/verbal communication skills Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Experience with the CS Professional Suite tax and accounting products not required but preferred
