Neal, Scouten & McConnell, P.C. located in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee has an immediate opening for an experienced Tax Accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting.  A CPA License is a plus, but not required.  Someone with at least 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred. The job description would be preparing personal, corporate, partnership and tax exempt organization’s tax returns and if you have experience in review, even better. You must have the ability to meet dead-lines with consistency and accuracy.

The position utilizes ProSystem tax software, QuickBooks, Excel, and fixed asset software. Other qualifications that would be a plus is to have a knowledge of payroll and payroll tax.
