Full-time Program Manager for Berksteens Matter. A Teen Pregnancy Collective Impact Initiative managed by Co-County Wellness Services. Responsible for administration and coordination of the Teen Pregnancy Initiative for Berks County. This is a complex initiative involving multiple partners working through a collective impact strategy to change population level indicators around teen pregnancy. Work will include planning and directing the initiative, working with an established leadership committee comprised of community leaders, supporting the evaluation of the initiative, facilitating communication between partners, obtaining funding and serving as the key resource person for this initiative. Knowledge of the principles and practices of public health; ability to interpret/analyze epidemiologic data and present data for public discussion; at least 3 years demonstrated experience managing a public health or social service initiative, with a small staff, preferably programs oriented toward adolescent sexual health and teen pregnancy prevention; ability to work independently to complete tasks; ability to manage multiple projects; ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders, grant writing experience a plus; excellent communication skills, proficient with Microsoft Office products; a strong commitment to quality programs and excellence in organizational and program management with the ability to achieve strategic objectives and manage a budget. BS in public health or related field required, master's degree preferred.
