Software Quality Assurance Specialist

PRADCO Outdoor Brands is looking to add a Software Quality Assurance Specialist  to join the Moultrie Mobile team. This position will be focused on validating new features, creating test plans, and writing test automation for the Moultrie Mobile platform under guidance of senior team members.   As a team member, you will work cross-functionally with Product Development and Engineering to ensure the completion of visions and timelines set by the business. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create test plans based on business requirements
  • Work with the software development teams to organize and execute a comprehensive series of manual tests for existing and new features
  • Develop and maintain automated UI tests
  • Research, analyze data, and derive data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with other team members and teams

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or related field (in lieu of degree we will consider candidates with comparable work experience)
  • Up to 1 year experience using 1 or more of the following
    • Visual Studio
    • Azure DevOps
    • Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, etc.)
    • Source Control

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures and best practices
  • Ability to focus attention on details
