One (1) Senior Project Engineer, Controls position available at Accent Controls, Inc. in North Kansas City, Missouri. 

Job Duties:

Responsible for all aspects of an assigned project, and responsible for all interaction with the customer; maintaining schedules, meeting all design criteria, and assigning duties to other engineers as needed to complete the project.

Duties include: electrical drawings design; schematic design; bill of material development; PLC programming; HMI programming; network configuration; schematic quality control; control panel quality control; On-Site startup support; safety placarding design; Complete Management of Projects; Controlling Project Budgets; Coordinating Duties with Engineers. Responsible for handling project budgets; identifying scope of work and communicate to the Sales & Estimating department when changes are required to the purchase order. Must be able to communicate what parts, labor, engineering are necessary to perform the additional work. This position is responsible for leading the on-site startup or assigning an Engineering Field Manager to perform this startup.

This position works closely with all levels of engineering to ensure the desired results are met and attending scheduling meetings as assigned by management.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent.

Minimum Experience: 2 years experience in electrical engineering in controls.

Travel to client sites is required throughout the United States at various unanticipated worksites.
