Stacks Enterprise Solutions (SES) is seeking a Product Engagement Specialist to support implementation, training, and customer service of our newly developed education and workforce development solutions.  The Product Engagement Specialist will work directly with our SES team and customers to help drive engagement, access, and usage.  The Product Engagement Specialist will play a key role throughout the customer lifecycle, will enjoy supporting customers, and will be passionate about making a difference in EBSCO’s role in streamlining access to education and workforce development tools.

 

Primary responsibilities:

  • Customer training
  • Product implementation support
  • Develop product support documentation
  • Support product awareness initiatives
  • Customer communication and outreach

 

Required Skills: 

  • 2+ years of training and/or customer support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Technical Acumen - for development of in-depth technical product knowledge 

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Education and/or workforce development experience
  • State and/or local government experience
  • Familiarity with LMSs and/or SISs
  • Online knowledge base management experience
