Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. The position participates in the following areas: benefit and leave administration, employee relations, onboarding, recruitment/employment, HRIS data management. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. 1-3 years experience in Human Resources. Certification in Human Resources desirable but not required.
