This is a part-time (45% FTE) non-benefit eligible position . This position will average 18 hours per week for a total of over the duration of the appointment. Days of the week will be determined by the members and their community partners. Planning is recommended for two, eight-hour days (after training) per week.
This position may include occasional evenings or weekend days if needed by the community organizations. There may be national, state, or local service projects or events that will be necessary to attend and these will also count towards total hours.
Member will not be required to serve during holidays and time off.
20% of the time served can be training, with much of the training occurring virtually.

Evaluations of performance:
Member will have 2 required evaluations at 6 months and at end of service. This is a mutual exchange of information that informs the program’s service delivery and helps the member complete the term of service successfully. The member will be required to provide bi-weekly timesheets, monthly data reports, and quarterly narrative reports. Support and help to complete these tasks will be frequent and available.
