Director of Curriculum, Accreditation and Student Services

CPI – F/T position with benefits. This position designs and develops curriculum content, training materials, training modules, teaching aids, and manages all aspects of the curriculum development program to include, but not limited to: CPI diploma and degree programs, safety, industry, technical skills, management and leadership development. Development activities include technical, core, academic, and general education components. The Director of CASS is expected to work with the CPI staff and instructors, as well as the external business partners to illicit their expertise and input to ensure accuracy and standardization of all training materials and content. The Director of CASS is expected to deliver accurate, high-quality documentation within a specified deadline and timeline and will work with web-based media. Alignment and compliance with requirements of governing entities (examples: US and PA Department of Education and accrediting bodies) is an expectation of this position. Degree in related field required. Other requirements include competence in current digital and social media platforms, technical writing and proof reading, and excellent communication skills. Applicant must be proficient with computer and software applications.
