Maintenance/Security/Concierge

Immediate opening for a full time position at an upscale Mt. Washington high rise condo. Hours 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday. Basic maintenance skills in carpentry, electrical and plumbing desired along with fundamental knowledge of highrise building maintenance. Job entails three days p/w maintenance duties along with two days p/w concierge/administrative duties. Supervise and schedule guard staff and custodian. Must be able to handle occasional emergency after hours calls. $19.50 per hour with time and a half for overtime. Uniforms and free parking provided.
