Schedules, coordinates, and supervises activities of workers. Plans and supervises method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked. Maintains communication with engineering, estimating, and planning to guarantee that work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule. Assists in resolving construction problems as required. Monitors compliance with project safety program requirements, documents and ensures corrective measures are implemented. Tours work site to ensure progress in meeting time schedules and to detect insufficient utilization of workers and equipment. Maintains daily records such as daily diary, job quantities, daily payroll time sheets, etc.  Performs additional assignments per Area Manager's direction. This is a Safety-Sensitive Position.
