Supervise & coordinate activities of cooks & workers engaged in food prep. & presentation. Check raw & cooked food products to ensure quality. Estimate food consumption & requisition or purchase food products & supplies. Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that standards & regs. are followed by employees.

Requirement: 2 years experience in the job or in any related occupation. Any suitable combination of education training &/or experience is acceptable.
