Rocky Mountain Medical Center is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join our busy and growing facility. Hours will be a 32-40 Flex position with flexible and varying hours. This position is responsible for security, maintenance and services for our three locations, but will mainly work in the Missoula Office. Duties include overseeing vendors for services including security, maintenance, janitorial and construction/remodel projects. Coordinate equipment repairs and replacements, monitor HVAC and building inspections to state and federal code. Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize and reduce costs. Must have attention to detail, attain problem solving decision making skills, able to prioritize projects based on needs of the clinic and keep the patient and business needs online with customer service. Building maintenance experienced preferred.
