Engineer IV: Lead & oversee civil engineering projects pertaining to ASEC's transmission, substation, & communication installations. Oversee design engr., drafting, Construction Package Creation, & Fabrication Drawing Review. Review & approve design calculations & project reports. Manage delivery of assigned projects & tasks. Be the face of projects to our clients & meet directly with clients to communicate expectations & design initiatives. Lead the setting of project submittal dates & communicate this & technical concerns to the client directly within the process flow of the project team. Oversee & review the work of Engineer I, II, & III roles as well as oversee the work of drafters & designers as a part of the projects worked. Schedule Project meetings & coordination for the success of the team and coordinate open & timely communication with the client. Accountable for the success of the team's projects & has a role in setting budgets & forecasts of spend on a monthly basis. Peer reviewer qualification, independent quality reviewer qualification. Will manage a design team of up to 5 individuals. Requires Bachelors in Civil Engineering, or related & 2 years experience 2 years must include experience with the following for design of transmission line foundations: (1) PLS-CADD; (2) PLS-POLE; (3) MathCAD; and (4) MFAD or L-PILE. Engineer III: Oversee & review design engr. of transmission lines, distribution lines, & structures. Oversee & review design calculations, project reports, & construction package creation. Oversee & review foundation designs, structural steel designs, & deliverables. Oversight in fabrication drawing review of other engineers' work. Start peer review & review the work from Entry Level Engineer to Engineer II & Drafter & Designer roles. May act as team lead on smaller programs. Main point of contact with Clients via email, remote meeting, & in person meeting. Require Bachelors in Civil Engineering, or related & 1 year experience. 1 year must include experience with the following software: PLS-CADD, PLS POLE, AutoCAD, RISA 3D, and MFAD.
