Construction, General Liability/Personal Injury Litigation

Arthur, Chapman, Kettering, Smetak & Pikala P.A. is seeking an experienced insurance defense paralegal to join our busy Construction Law and General Liability Practice Groups. We need a highly organized professional to assist in maintaining large, complex litigation files, including requesting records, preparing summaries and timelines, drafting written discovery, and managing voluminous sets of documents. Candidates must have experience in construction defense litigation, personal injury, and/or general liability defense litigation, and a solid understanding of time entries and billable hour requirements. Must be able to work under tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities and attorneys' caseloads. Also, requires excellent proofreading and communication skills with the ability to work directly and effectively with clients, counsel, experts, and witnesses.
