If you meet our qualifications below and are hired, at 60 days, you will receive $250 bonus, at 6 months, another $500 bonus, and at one year, a $1,500 BONUS.

Gardening with us, you'll perform a wide array of work on beautiful residential properties. Client's homes include an estate on Lake Washington with many seasonally planted exotic tropical plants, a formal walled courtyard garden, and a gorgeous five acre landscape on Union Hill. We pride ourselves on creating and maintaining these beautiful gardens. Most of our wonderful clients have been with us many years. They often say thank you to the crews and really appreciate good work.

To work with us you must be able to lift 60 pounds and on occasion, up to 80 pounds, perform gardening type work for sustained periods. Three years of residential garden maintenance experience is required for the lead position. Ability to speak conversational Spanish is a plus and commands higher wage.

Daylight allowing, we work 4/10s, leaving you with a three day weekend!
